I Dream

I dream of someday having enough
To feed all of the hungry  though others may stuff
Some on the side for that elusive, "rainy day"
But, myself I think I'd give it away
That to me would be the joy, to give
I really don't think extravagantly I'd live
The pleasure I get when I'm able to share
Is truly a feeling beyond compare
To have the authority to stop all of the fighting
Politicians would be honest, moral and striving
To make life better for all, not just some
For all, GOD alone, would be number one
Faithful, honest and true everyone would be
All over the earth man would truly be free
No slaves nor levels of importance would endure
All would be equal, holy and pure
But, I'm aware that this is only a dream
And this type of change would be extreme
All of mankind would be faithful and revering
All of heaven would certainly be cheering
Although this is only a fantasy for me
I'll continue to carry, this my dream
