| So many things that I'd rather be doing Than sitting here thinking, scripting and viewing Words of rhyme that deliver a topic Maintain the thought and trying not to drop it For my mind roams and wonders away Back to the poem I'll not finish this way I'll attempt to keep it flowing and write it all down But, today it's hard and the right words can't seem to be found Although they may rhyme and sound quite obliging The topic at hand is truely suprising I'm struggling and searching for a subject to write A way to express it and thinking I might Stumble across something that might communique' Or explain an emotion in just the right way Something quite touching to make understood Something you've done or possibly could To help and assist you in life's endeavors Yet, it seems not today and possibly never Nothing is flowing, I've got writers block Therefore, I think it's high time I stop |
