West Bend, Wisconsin a small rural town 30 miles North of Milwaukee. With an estimated population of 32,000 citizens. Certain citizens of the city have decided to take control of the skate problem. These people include me, Nic, my friends, Brandon,Kyle, Nick, Josh, Nate and many others including the local skateshop owner,Joe. Although still in the planning stages, we want to progress it into reality, with the help of the West Bend Dept. of Public Works, and Park & Rec. Dept.
