Permission to Return and to Receive Credit
Sisters will accept return of merchandise ONLY IF
IN SALEABLE
CONDITION and notification is within 7 days of receipt . Notification
must be emailed for proper documentation. We will Issue Credit to your
account or Credit Card in US dollars. For unwanted merchandise the cost
of return shipping shall be the responsibility of the customer.
Damaged or Incorrect Merchandise
Sisters will upon your request replace any
merchandise that is received in damaged condition or as a result of a
packing error. No material will be accepted or replacements issued
without prior approval to return such merchandise. Filing of claims will
be the responsibility of Sisters.
Privacy Notice
Sisters does not share customer information
including email or postal mail address with anyone. It is not our policy
to spam nor do we send unwanted postal mail. Any email sent will be only
to notify customers of new or sale items, or to acknowledge information
on orders received. Web sets are also sent in a zip file to the buyers
email.
Conditions of Use
Typographical Errors
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect
information due to typographical error or error in pricing or product
information received from our suppliers, Sisters shall have the right to
refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect
price. sisters shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders
whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card
charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase
and your order is canceled, Sisters shall immediately issue a credit to
your credit card account in the amount of the charge. Prices on our
Internet Store will always be the most current and will be the
determining price for items.

is Subject to Change Without Notice.
Your receipt of an electronic or other form of
order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor
does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. We at Sisters
reserve the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or
decline your order for any reason.
