The Boyer Sisters

Anne and Marie Boyer were from the parish of Notre-Dame-de-Cogne, La Rochelle, Aunis, France; the daughters of Pierre Boyer and Catherine Vinet.  They arrived in the Quebec Colony as  Filles A Marier;   Marie contracted to Jean Bellet and Anne to Pierre Pineau.

Marie Boyer (1636-1665)

Marie Boyer was born about 1636 and died on November 12, 1665 at Trois-Rivieres.  She followed through with her contract and married Jean Bellet on January 30, 1663.  Jean was born about 1631 in St-Jean, Folleville, Le Havre, Rouen, Normandy, France; the son of Jean Bellet Sr. and Etienette Renault.  Marie died before having children, so leaves no descendants.

Anne Boyer (1632-1704)

Anne Boyer was born on December 02, 1632 and died on December 09, 1704 at Sainte-Anne-de-la-Perade, Quebec.  She followed through on her contract and married Pierre Pineau on May 14, 1658 at Trois-Rivieres.  Pierre was born on November 20, 1635 at St Ouen sur les Fossés, Maine, France; the son of Paschal Pineau and Jeanne Marteau.  Anne and Pierre had nine children before her death on December 09, 1704 at Sainte-Anne-de-la-Perade, Quebec.  Pierre followed on August 27, 1708. Jeanne Pineau - Was born on April 11, 1659 and died in 1665 at Trois-Rivieres. Madeleine Pineau - Was born on April 24, 1660 and died unknown. Michel Pineau - Was born on April 26, 1662 at Trois-Rivieres and died on April 09, 1712 at Lotbiniere.  He married Simone Elisabeth Beaudet and the couple had ten children. Pierre Pineau - Was born on November 17, 1664 and died on December 13, 1708 at Trois-Rivieres. Joseph Pineau - Was born on May 08, 1667 at Trois Rivieres and died on May 21, 1722 at Vercheres, Quebec,  He married Catherine Richer and the couple had ten children. Marie-Louise Pineau - Was born in 1669 at Trois-Rivieres.  She became a nun and died on June 25, 1698. Thomas Pineau - Was born in 1671 and died unknown.  He first married Marguerite Vanasse and had five children.  When she died on May 09, 1715 he married Marie-Renee Dery and had three more. Rene Pineau - Was born on August 10, 1675 and died unknown.  He married Catherine Janvier and the couple had thirteen children. Mathurin Pineau - Was born in 1676 and died unknown.  He married Marguerite Denevers and the couple had five children.
