There were three Leclerc girls who arrived in Quebec as Filles A Marier: Adrienne, Marguerite and Marie. They were not sisters and may not have been related; though Marguerite and Marie were both from St. Remi, Dieppe; so may have been cousins. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||

Adrienne Leclerc was born about 1648 at St Denis, Laoen, Picardie, France; the daughter of Louis Leclerc and Perrine Coquillard. She was contracted to marry Romain Duval from St. Aubin. Tourouvre, Normandy, France and the wedding took place on September 12, 1661 in Ville De Quebec. Romain drowned at Riviere St Charles on May 07, 1682 and Adrienne then married Nicolas Hamelin, with whom she had a daughter Angelique. She grew up to marry Antoine Francouer but the family may have returned to France, since there are no death records for any. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||

Marguerite Leclerc was born on February 10, 1640 at St Remi, Dieppe, Rouen, Normandy, France. She arrived in the colony as a Filles A Marier contracted to marry Nicolas Leblond. The wedding took place October 13, 1661 at Chateau-Richer. Nicolas was born in 1637 at Notre-Dame-de-Honfleur, Lisieux, Normandy, France; the son of Jacques Leblond and Francoise Nolan. He and Marguerite would have eleven children before his death on September 09, 1677. Jean Leblond - Was born on August 26, 1662 and died a few weeks later on September 17 at Chateau-Richer. Jacques Leblond - Was born on September 14, 1663 and died two months later on November 11 at Chateau-Richer. Catherine Leblond - Was born on October 04, 1664 at Chateau-Richer and died on May 01, 1753 at Trois-Pistoles, Riviere du Lou, Quebec. She married Jean Rioux and had at least one child. Marie-Madeleine Leblond - Was born on December 17, 1665 at Chateau-Richer and died on February 04, 1722 at St. Vallier, Bellechasse. She married Nicolas Roy and the couple had nine children. Nicolas Leblond - Was born on March 15, 1667 at Chateau-Richer and died unknown in Ste-Famille. He married Louise Boucher and the couple had five children. Jean-Baptiste Nicolas Leblond - Was born on December 31, 1668 and died the following year at Chateau-Richer. Jean-Baptiste Leblond - Was born December 13, 1670 and died on April 18, 1719 at Ste-Famille. He married Cecile Rocheron but she died a few months later. He then married Therese Letourneau with whom he had five children. Joseph Leblond - Was born on October 18, 1672 at Ste-Famille and died unknown. He married Catherine Drouin and had at least two children. Marie Leblond - Was born on May 05, 1674 and died unknown. She married Pierre Martineau and had at least one child. Marguerite Leblond - Was born in 1675 and died unknown. She married Pierre Du Paul and had at least one child. Martin Leblond - Was born on November 29, 1676 at Ste-Famille and died unknown. He married Anne-Francoise Bissonnet and had eight children. After the death of her first husband, Marguerite Leclerc would marry Jean Rabouin from La Rochelle with whom she had three children. She died January 21, 1705 and Jean followed on December 07, 1707. Marguerite Rabouin - Was born on November 19, 1679 and died unknown. She married Noel Roy and had four children. Jean-Baptiste Rabouin - Was born on October 06, 1681 and died on October 26, 1698 at Ste-Famille. Jeanne Rabouin - Was born on December 31, 1683 and died unknown. She married Etienne Corriveau and the couple had eleven children. |

Marie Leclerc was born on January 12, 1634 at St Remi, Dieppe, Rouen, Normandy, France; the daughter of Jonas Leclerc and Marie Parmentier. She paid her own passage to New France and arrived in the colony as a Filles A Marier contracted to marry Jean Galleran Boucher. The wedding took place October 10, 1661 at Chateau-Richer. Jean was born on February 16, 1633 at St. Langey, Orme, Perche, France; the son of Marin Boucher and Perrine Mallet. He and Marie would have eight children before her death on October 08, 1702. Jean followed on March 29, 1714 at Riviere-Ouelle. Marie Boucher - Was born on February 26, 1663 and died unknown at Riviere-Ouelle. She first married Jacques Thibodeau and had two children. He died on February 28, 1688 and Marie then married Francois Autin with whom she had five more. Pierre Boucher - Was born on November 09, 1664 at Riviere-Ouelle and died on September 23, 1737 at Islet Riviere, Trois Saumons, Kamouraska, Quebec. He married Marie-Elisabeth Michaud and the couple had nine children. Philippe Boucher - Was born on December 21, 1666 and died unknown at Ste-Anne-de-la-Pocatière, Kamouraska, Quebec. He married Marie-Anne Legace and the couple had six children. Marguerite Boucher - Was born on May 01, 1669 and died unknown at Riviere-Ouelle. Marie-Madeleine Boucher - Was born on June 24, 1670 and died on March 03, 1723 at Riviere-Ouelle. She married Jean Lavoie and the couple had six children. Catherine-Gertrude Boucher - Was born on February 24, 1673 and died on August 06, 1690. Marie-Anne Boucher - Was born on February 28, 1675 and died unknown. She married Francois Duval and the couple had three children. Francois Boucher - Was born on February 03, 1677 and died unknown. |
