| Robert and Jeanne | ||||||||||||||
| The Anet (Anest) family from Heurtevent, Livarot, Lizieux, Normandy, France; had only a brief history in Quebec. Jeanne was engaged as Filles A Marier, or marriageable young girls, but appears to not have followed through on her contract. Robert was married to Elisabeth Ratte and their son Jacques, born in 1646; did settle at La Durantaye, Quebec, dying there in 1693. He was married twice. Once to Marie Bourgeois, the daughter of Antoine Bourgeois and Marie Bloquet from Dieppe and the couple had one son: Charles, born on September 08, 1669 but died on December 27, 1669. Jacques also married Marie Dallon but the couple had no children. |
