Dear Mr Ryan,
Tumbleweeds is the best comic strip ever. I have been a fan for years. I just now found your web site and will be checking in often.
You don't have to reply to this email. I just wanted you to know how much I loved the strip.
Thank you.

Anyhow, My brother recently mentioned "weeds" and that popped into my head while here surfing. Here I am and I'm glad I found ya'll. You might have solved some of my Christmas shopping dilemma for x-mas 2001 !!

I am in a summer theatre production of Tumbleweeds right now and I am playing
Throckmorton. I was wondering if he is in any of the books that have been printed
and which one I would find him in. I would love to see how he was presented in the
strip! (I also think it is a shame my local newspaper has stopped printing your strip.
It was far better than some of the stuff they print now!)

Thanks, Justin..Throckmorton was created only for the Play

|

I have all of your books, and I must have read all of them at least a dozen times (Tumbleweeds is my favorite strip!). However, I don't remember ever seeing the "clips" you have in the "moldy golden oldies section"! They're wonderful!! Keep 'em coming! I never seem to get enough "Tumbleweeds"!

Question. Where can I get hold of the tumbleweeds musical play? It sounds
perfect for my children's school!!
Also, I'm in the indianapolis area and don't seem to find tumbleweeds in
any of the papers anywhere around. What's up with that!!!

Hi Mr. Ryan...
I grew up reading and even drawing your great cartoons just as a hobby and I couldn't help but share these great cartoons with MY 11 year old son, but I was wondering if I did order a cartoon strip signed by YOU is it a real down to earth signature or is it just a stamp ?
I would really like the "real" thing if it is possible sir :)
Well thank YOU for your time and I hope you keep up the great job your doing by keeping so many people smiling with your great work and your fantastic sense of humor

Thanks, Gil. Yes, the signature is real.

Hello Mr. Ryan,
I recently became reacquainted with Tumbleweeds when I found it online. At
least twice a week I get to laughing so hard that I can't see straight. I
wanted to let you know how much I enjoy your strip.
I have a small request, on the strips at your site would it be possible to
include the date of publication with them? It is nice to be able to put them
in context with what was going on when they were written.
Thanks for all the fun and take care.
