Billie Bear's Playground has lots of fun stuff to do! There are games, puzzles, postcards, storybooks, clipart, fonts, and much much more!

Children Who Were Broken is a very touching poem that describes what many survivors feel.

David Baldwin's Trauma Information Pages is an excellent resource with lots of information. This website deals with many types of traumas as well as responses to trauma. There are multiple online articles about trauma, a listing of symptoms, including physical and emotional, information about PTSD and DID, and some suggested coping stratigies and treatment guidelines and standards of care for traumatologists. There are links to pages dealing with stress management/reduction and relaxation, various treatment approaches and places, and other resources, support and organizations. There is also an online bookstore.

Emergence is a wonderful site written by a young survivor. It includes her personal story and poems and the personal stories and poems of other survivors. She offers some safety tips, suggestions for coping with flashbacks, sex and relationships, and sleep and dreams. She also offers some statistics and myths about sexual abuse, and her thoughts on suicide, self-injury, and anger. She included a page specifically for male survivors, and a list of e-mail groups for survivors.

Free to Be's: Break the Silence of Abuse is a personal page done by a survivor of abuse. It includes two e-mail support lists, a booklist, a survivor's wall where any survivor can write a few words, some newsletters, and information/support regarding therapy abuse.

The Gathering Place is put together my my friends the MakersDozn. They offer an opportunity for you to learn about them through biographical and history information. There is a list of who each of them are and what they do, as well as the origins of their names. They have drawn system maps which show the changes over the past several years. There are also individual pages made by members of the inside family. Additionally, they share some of their own poetry, artwork, and essays, and offer suggestions on how to stay safe. They have a Yahoo group, which is a message board/e-mail group.

Ghostwolf is a site put together by a male survivor of ritual abuse. He shares his story under the Biography section, and also shares his own poetry, writings, and drawings.

Helping Those Who Hurt Themselves is an article from Self-Help Magazine

Holli's Triumph Over Tradgedy offers resources for survivors, such as facts about abuse, information on boundaries, a feelings chart, and 10 steps of recovery. There are also stories and news articles, as well as poetry by survivors, inspirational pages, a message board, and political information. Holli has spearheaded the Mint Green Ribbon Campaign for awareness of abuse.

Mollykat's Home Page is a personal page which offers writings on personal experiences and links to sites related to sexual abuse, ritual abuse, emotional abuse, self-injury, PTSD, DID, bipolar disorder, domestic violence, depression, suicice, and other topics. They have made a list of triggery movies, and also have some fun stuff and stuff for littles.

Multiple Personality and Dissociation Booklist has an excellent book list with reviews for some of the books.

Multiplicity, Abuse & Healing is a great site with loads of information on various aspects of abuse and recovery. Some of these are ritual abuse, PTSD, DID, and self-injury. Includes suggestions for healing, grounding and coping techniques, national hotline numbers, therapist referrals, links to e-mail lists and message boards, and much more. Survivors can post an anonymous "tell your abuser how you feel", and can contribute editorials and poetry.

New Hope Healing Institute offers e-mail list support groups, message and chat forums, 1-800 numbers, and information on conferences and treatment.

patandlittles homepage is a personal homepage made by some littles. They talk about themselves, and also link to pages where their bigs explain more about their selves and about multiplicity.

Poohbearish.com is a site where littles (or bigs!) can adopt a special teddy bear....there are many to choose from!!! There are also lots of writings to enjoy.

Refocus Network offers recovery resources for persons hurt by their involvement with cults or other abusive or controlling organizations. It describes characteristics of cults and mind control, as well as post cult trauma symptoms. This site does not deal with SRA.

Ritual Abuse, Ritual Crime, and Healing provides information on healing from ritual abuse. Also has in-depth articles on programming in the Virtual Library.

Secret Shame is a very comprehensive site which offers information, links, a message board for those who experience self-injury, and an e-mail support group (bus list). Some of the topics covered are what self-injury is, why people self-injure, and how one can stop.

Self-Injury Support offers information about self-injury, a list of books dealing with self-infury, and a message board for support.

Self Injury -- Information and resources offers suggestions for staying safe, as well as some myths and common sense regarding self-injury.

Shattered Selves is a site dedicated to MPD/DID. It offers a "Multiple Glossary", a list of symptoms of MPD/DID, personal experiences, poetry, a message board, and resouces.

Soul's Self Help Central has links to various sites and information about sexual abuse, DID, borderline personality disorder, PTSD, codependency, and much more. It offers prose and poety, some great self-help information, and e-mail support groups.

Split Angels offers information on MPD/DID, a glossary of terms, a kid's place, and an opportunity to meet the alters. There is also a chat room and message board.

Survivors Home Page offers suggestions for healing and personal writings on challenges and concerns of survivors.

The Survivor's Page is dedicated to survivors of sexual abuse and rape. Survivors can submit various writings, including personal experiences, letters, poetry, and stories. Also offers a page to find other survivors or partners of survivors to communicate with via e-mail.

Wood People is an wonderful parable about accepting yourself as you are rather than letting others judgements affect how you feel.

WeRMany is a great site that offers support for persons with MPD/DID and/or BiPolar Disorder. Some of the resources available are terminology, FAQ, switching characteristics, a list of potential triggers, tips for managing triggers, suicide resources, and significant other support. There are arts and writings, as well as message forums, an e-mail support group, and a chat room.
