Gig Review

Having seen Wendy perform with Ellenby back in August, when I heard that she was going to be performing in St Albans with Stuart Nurse I knew that I had to go.

It took me a while to find the pub in St Albans but eventually I managed to find it, when I got inside I was surprised that the pub wasn’t fuller especially as it was a Friday night.

I knew that Wendy was a great musician but had no knowledge of Sturat apart from the fact that I’d heard he’s played Tempest in Planet.

The set started and it was brilliant, the songs played covered four decades so there is something for everyone. Stuart has a great voice and is a great musician but it was Wendy I was there to see and to hear her singing again was a dream come true.

I believe that other gigs in St Albans are planned and if you get the chance then go as it’s a great night out.

I thoroughly enjoyed myself and I’m sure that you will as well.
