Chris trained at Guildford School of Acting. He made his
West End debut as Electra in Andrew Lloyd Webber's "Starlight
Express". He then went onto play Nick Piazza in "Fame" at the
Victoria Palace and the national tour, Sonny in the national tour
of "Grease" and then onto the national tour of "Blood Brothers" where he
successfully played the lead role of Mickey. Chris has also
appeared as Lucky in Kander and Ebb's "The Rink" at the Leicester
Haymarket Theatre and he created the role of Peter Pan in a
workshop of a new musical "Kensington Gardens", directed by Roger
Redfarn at the Theatre Museum. Whilst at college Chris's work included Finch in
"How to Succeed in Business Without Really Trying" (Bellerby Theatre), Tom in "No,
No, Nanette" (Bellairs Playhouse) and "Bye Bye Birdie" (Mill Theatre). Further credits include the European tour of "Jesus Christ Superstar" in which he played Judas, "Once Upon a War" (N.Y.M.T), Frederick - The American in "Chess" and Action in "West Side Story" both at the Sunderland Empire.
Chris also has appeared in
"Elegies For Angels, Punks and Raging Queens" at the Bridwell Theatre.
His television appearances include Charlie Davis in Channel
5's soap "Family Affairs" and "Agony" for Live TV, and Chris's film work includes the title role
in the short "Dave; UK of A; 2.30" and "Following Catherine". Until very recently Chris
could be seen in "We Will Rock You" at the Dominion Theatre, London.
He was first understudy for Big Macca and second understudy for
the lead role of Galileo Figaro and also Brit.
Chris has an Excellent High Tenor Voice, and can do the following accents; Liverpool, American, Native Geordie & R.P. He is excellent at sports, such as; Football, Horse Riding, Black Belt Ninjutsu, Ice Hockey, Excellent Roller Skater, Street Hockey & Stage Fighting (Intermediate). He is 5ft8 and has brown eyes and brown hair - oh the amazing facts his CV includes ;-)
