……… 4 Abraham BOGART was born on 9 April 1777 in Berkeley County, Virginia. He died about October 1853 in Roane County, Tennessee and was buried at Hackney Bend, Roane County, Tennessee. He married (1) Elizabeth Duncan on 20 April 1799 in Washington County, Tennessee.  She was born about 1781 in Washington County, Tennessee to Charles DUNCAN and Luranah WILLIAMS. She died about 1810. He married (2)Jane or Jean LOONEY on 4 January 1812 in Roane County Tennessee, widow of George PRESTON Sr. She was born 21 April 1771 in Botetourt County, Virginia to Capt. Joseph LOONEY and Jane or Jean BOWEN. She died 17 February 1858 in Kingston, Roane County, Tennessee.

NOTE: (1)Have seen where it is said that Abraham came down the old Wilderness Road to the Holston Valley before 1774..  My observation… this does not jive with his birth of Abraham b. 1777 and sister Margaret b. 1781 in Berkley Co, VA...(2)Some information taken from book "Some Duncan Families of Eastern Tennessee Before 1800" by Dobson and other information from Ancestral File (many years ago).
