Deed Book 7, pg 263, dated 26 Feb 1834
Hannah Loyd, Thomas Loyd, to John Crabtree for $550 = 180 acres on head waters of Sinking Creek.

Deed Book 26, pg 79, dated 1850
Archibald Babb Administrator of Daniel Crabtree, dec’d.  Second Monday of October 1850 = (Daniel died March 1850).  Children: Alexander B., William, Mary, George, Archibald, who are all minors nor old enough to pay debts.  70 acres lying in District 16; joining the lands of Lanty Armstrong, John Bailey, John Jones.  The said undivided interest in reaminder was derived from the intestate father Barnet Crabtree, dec’d. - who at his death had bequeathed said land to mother, Margaret Crabtree during her live.

Then equal share ot all sons, William, John, Henry, Barnet, James, and Daniel and minors Archibald, William, Mary, Alexander, George, by John Pluiger, Esq., their guardian.  Land is to be sold and applied to payment of estate.

Deed Book, 27, pg 126, dated 1854
Samuel Beales, now deceased, by his last will wanted all his lands to be sold.  Charles Bright and John Crabtree were his executors.  The executors thought best to seel the land to John Crabtree, Exec., above said.  After land being advertised on 9 October 1845.  However, Samuel Haysbeing last bidder being purchaser at  $1,751.25 for 200 acres. Adj, the lands of Hiram Fraker, John Fraker,  Sr., corner to Pickering line, now Hawkins – 29 Aug 1854.

William Crabtree and Esther Crabtree formerly Esther Stonecipher his wife, one of the heirs of Solomon Stonecipher and Elizabeth Stonecipher, his wife, formerly Elizabeth Hawkins, sells to Seth Babb all their interest in a ceratin tract of land belonging to said Solomon and Elizabeth Stonecipher for $44; adj. Land of Seth Babb, and a lot of Susan Fincher $20.

Do not know county but presume it was Washington County since Terry and Sue were living there in 1880.

Deed Bk, 48, pg 237 - Terry Crabtree and wife Sue E. to John Arnold 18 Aug 1881 for $175.  Tracts of parcels of land and an undivided interest in another, all of said land on the head waters of Fall Branch in District 7.  2 said Co & State joining the lands of Jas. Haws, J. B. Cubine, E. Templeton, Reuben Underwood and Will's heirs.  (1) 4 acres (2) 26 acres.  (3) being my undivided interest in the Page lands - lying and being between the two other tracts. Signed T. W. Crabtree, Sue E. Crabtree.... Rec 3 Oct 1881.
