She died 14 October 1976 in Kingsport, Sullivan County, Tennessee and was buried at Zion Cemetery, Baileyton, Greene County.

He was born 26 March 1919 and died 7 November 1983 in Athens, McMinn County, Tennessee. He was buried at Zion Cemetery, Baileyton, Greene County.

OBITUARY: Nell Dunn Ryans  Died 31 Oct 2002.

Kingsport - Nell Dunn Ryans, 77, of Mount Carmel, died early Thursday morning at Wellmont Holston Valley Medical Center following a brief illiness. Mrs. Ryans was born in Baileyton, and had resided in Hawkins County for most of her life. Mrs. Ryans retired from Roses Stores INc. after 20 years of service, where she was office manager. She later worked for 13 years for Dr. E. R. Kidwell and Dr. Eric D. Moffet until February of this year. Mrs. Ryans was the widow of Coy Ryans and was a daughter of the late A. T. and Mary Elva Ball Dunn.

Survivors include three daughters and two sons-inlaw: Jean and Lowell Lowe and Mrs. Wayne (Judy) Wampler, all of Chruch Hill, and Betty and Victor Stewart of Jacksonville, Fla; one son and daugher-in-law; Tommy and Debbie Rayns of Church Hill; seven grandchildren: Stacy W. Wampler, Marcie Smathers, Christy Cairns, Casey Kincer, Nicholas Ryans, Allen Steward and Laura Stewart; nine great-granchildren; four brothers and three sisters-in-law; John Dunn and Paul and Frankie Dunn, all of Port Clinton, David and Sandra Dunn of Lakeside, Ohio, and James T. and Bobbie Dunn of Kingsport; special friends; Carolyn Kidwell and Judy Hilton; and co-workers: Lisa Cartmel, Mindy Davis, Karen Case, and Mary Ann Goins.

She was preceded in death by a brother: Frank Grodelle Dunn.
The family will receive friends from 6-8 p.m. Saturday at Hamlett-Dobson Funeral Homes, Downtown Kinsport.
The Funeral service will follow visitation at 8 o'clock in the funeral home chapel. Van Hawk and Ronald Miller will officiate. A graveside service will be conducted at 1 o'clock Sunday afternoon in Zion Cemetery at Baileyton.
Family and friends will serve as pallbearers.
Honarary pallberers will be Great-grandsons, Thomas J. Wampler, Tristian Kincer, Austyn Kincer, and Hunter Ryans.
