The Voth twins, retired nurses living in North Newton, Kansas, have been doing wheat art for about 25 years. The technique of doing wheat applique pictures of historical buildings developed about 10 years ago. Since that time they have perfected their technique and have become very well known as the leaders in this field.
They are members of the National Association of Wheat Weavers and the Kansas Association of Straw Arts.
