Review:

        On foiling a kidnap attempt Leung Foon (Nick Chueng) is assigned by his superior (Tats Lau) to a bigger case which aims to bring down a gambler named Ferrari (Wong Jing).

        Ferrari (Wong Jing) is one of the top swindlers in Hong Kong. He uses his cover as a businessman to scam people out of their money. However, the police have been unable to get enough evidence to nail him. Foon is to go undercover and begin his work. He meets Ferrari's right hand men Lon (Ken Low) and Fat Pig (William Tuan).  He also meets the beautiful First Love (Kelly Lin). When Foon is given the opportunity to join the organization, he is subjected to working as a night watchman. He finds First Love in a costume stealing files. With her in the process of being caught, Chan decides that he has to help her out, so manages to make it look like he is trying to catch her, but in doing so let her escape, with himself as a hostage.

        After a bit of chit-chat, they come up with a plan to retrieve the data from Ferrari's computers. Foon brings First Love back to Ferrari's house, claiming to have captured her, and while they are dealing with her, Foon slips into the computer room and downloads the data. However, when it appears that the data is a virus which wipes out the station's files, Foon realised he has been duped. After leaving the police station, he finds goons chasing after him only to be saved by First Love. However, when they return to her place, First Love tells Foon to get ready. Foon does a striptease that ends up on television. He is then humiliated and totally embarrassed. First Love had been working with Ferrari the entire time to nail Foon.

        With no one left to turn to, Foon can only rely on one man's help: his girlfriend, Pizza's (Suki Kwan) brother-in-law, Master Wong (Stephen Chow). Together with Master Wong, Wasabi who is Wong's wife (Sandra Ng)  and Pizza, they must work together to stop Ferrari and his men. However, when Master Wong is disappears on the night he is supposed to play against Ferrari, Foon is forced to take over.  Will Foon be defeated, or will he win?
