Within this land of fantasy, in 'Brenda of Lo'lamond: Journey's Beginning', there is a land called Imrove, which is where Brenda's journey begins. In Imrove she discovers a dangerous people and an evil plot over their thrown, which has to be thwarted. But there is one. . .little problem. . .
There are many new strange and exciting regions to explore in the times ahead. Some of the people in these new lands are good, and some that are not so good.
Welding her sword, Brenda sets out to right wrongs and stand up for the 'little guys' in these exotic new lands. This means that she will often have to fight physically in many deadly battles.
Suggested reading level is 12+.
Let's see. This one of the better small novels I've written, I think. Originally it had some different parts and points in it when I wrote it several years ago, then I rewrote it a little bit later, and I just now rewrote it before posting it again. Very little small changes. I just couldn't decide which way to go with some points on the 'fantasy-ness' of it. It may be the first book I ever get published, since it's half-decent and actually finished. I even began the second book in the series, and have just rewritten several parts of it to update it with the first one. So maybe that'll be posted up here too at some time in the future.
