Gleemans Tea

1 tbl.    honey
1          fresh squeezed lime
1 c.      hot water
1          cinnamon stick
1          chamomile tea bag

Melt honey in hot water, add tea bag. Let steep for 3 min. Stir w/cinnamon stick. Add lime juice. Remove any lime seeds. Bottoms up!

Aryth Sea Platter

5 to 6 tiger prawns
100 grams of fish fillet deboned and slice thinly
100 grams of scallops
3 sprigs of spring onion
1 clove of garlic minced
5 egg whites (please dont put all into a bowl. Separate into 1 and 4.)
1 thumb of ginger slices thinly
Rice wine (Available in most Chinese shops I guess.)
4 tablespoons of oyster sauce
Cornflour, mixed in 1/8 cup of water
Salt and pepper

1)Marinate fish slices in 1 eggwhite, wine and ginger for an hour to
remove smell.
2)Marinate prawns and scallops in egg white, a pinch of salt, and a
smatter of pepper. (Pepper is up to your tastebuds really. If you like it
peppery put more. Duh.)
3) Now in a heated wok of oil, fry the seafood until fragrant. Only the
seafood mind. Dont get tones of egg white and stuff in too. Drain first
people, drain first.
4) Remove, drain and set aside.
5) Now mix oyster sauce, corn flour, water, two tablespoons of rice wine
and salt and pepper.
6) Into 1 table spoon of oil, fry garlic and spring onions till fragrant,
add in seafood and stir fry.
7) Pour sauce over everything and stir until it starts to simmer.
8) Switch off fire and serve it.

                 Ashamanare NUTS! - Peanut Salad

Cucumbers
Onion
Rice cakes (This is available around here, in sundry shops, but tell me
if ya need the recipe for this.)
Peanut sauce
Beancurd, blanched
Cabbage, blanched
Long beans, blanched
Bean sprouts, blanched
Peanuts, crushed and fried in butter till fragrant

(blanching: To emurse in boiling BRIEFLY, in boiling water, and immedately tranfer into cold water.

1) Pour sauce over the vegetables and then sprinkle garlic over it.

                                  Peanut Sauce (salad dressing)

1 bottle of 500 ml crunchy peanut butter
1 tablespoon of honey
Peanuts crushed
Hot water
Butter
Salt and sugar

1)Fry the peanut in butter until fragrant.
2)Melt peanut butter and honey in hot water until a consistent paste.
Pour onto peanuts.
3)Add salt and sugar according to personal preferences.
