Garlic and Walnut Sauce

Here is how to make garlic sauce: crush garlic and crumb of bread, and
moisten with almond or walnut milk.

1 1/3 Cup Walnuts
2 Cup Hot Water
1 Cup Bread Crumbs
1 teaspoon Salt
4 Cloves Fresh Garlic

Place walnuts in a blender and process until partially chopped. Add hot
water and process for one minute or so. Strain through a very fine
strainer or cheese cloth. Discard ground walnuts. Add bread crumbs, salt
and peeled garlic to walnut milk. Blend in blender or with a hand held
wand blender. If you wish to make this ahead add everything except the
garlic and add the garlic to taste just before serving. You may need to
add more walnut milk to get a smooth consistency.

Pork in Aiel Sauce
***pun added and intended by Attending Accepted***

3 lbs Boston Butt
2 Onions
2 Cup Beef Stock
1/2 teaspoon Pepper
1/2 teaspoon Cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon Mace
pinch Cloves
1 Cup Bread Crumbs
3 Tablespoon Apple Cider Vinegar

Take your roast & season the outside with salt and pepper. Place
roast on hot grill and cook turning frequently until a meat thermometer
reaches 100 degrees. Coarsely chop 2 onions and sauté in olive oil. Carve
partially cooked roast into approximately serving size slices. Add pork,
beef stock, and spices to the onions. Place pot back onto grill and
cook for about 20 minutes. In a separate container mix bread crumbs,
vinegar, and ale and allow to rest. After the 20 minutes remove
approximately 1 C of the cooking liquid and add to bread crumb mixture.
Combine well and then add to the pot. Add salt. Bring back to a boil and
cook for and additional 10 minutes. Stir occasionally. If you like you
can then remove the pork and reduce the sauce further on the stove top.

Potato Candy
(This is not for anyone who wants to loose weight!)

1 small red potato (should fit in the palm of your hand)
1 lb. of confectioners sugar
peanut butter to taste (usually takes about a cup per roll)

Peel and mash the potato until it is very smooth. Stir in the
confectioners sugar until it becomes very thick and dough-like. Dust the
surface you're using and a roller with confectioners sugar, this will
keep the dough from sticking to your roller. Separate your dough in half
and roll it out until it is roughly 8 inches in diameter. Spread peanut
butter over the dough and roll it up into a log. Repeat for the
remaining dough. Cool this until it is hard, cut and serve!
