Cherry Ajah's Cherry Banana Slice

CRUST:
Butter or margarine - 1/2 cup - 125mL
Vanilla wafer crumes - 1 1/2 cups - 350mL

FILLING:
Raspberry flavoured gelatin - 3oz - 85g
Boiling water - 1 cup - 225mL
Cherry pie filling - 19oz - 540mL
Creamcheese, softened - 4oz - 125g
granulated sugar - 1/3 cup - 75mL
Whipping Cream - 1 cup - 250mL
Tiny marshmallows - 1 cup - 250mL
Small bananas, sliced - 2

CRUST: Melt butter in sauce pan. Stir in crumbs. reserve 1/2 cup(125mL). press remaining crumbs into ungreesed 9x9in pan.

FILLING: Dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Stir in pie filling. Chill until syrupy. Beat cream cheese and sugar until fluffy. Set aside.
Beat cream until stiff. Fold in marshmallows, bananas, and cheese mixture. Fold into thickened gelatin. Turn into prepared crust. Scatter reserved crusts overtop. serves 9.

~1 can sweetened condensed mild
~1 pint whipping cream
~3 Tbs. chocolate syrup
~1/2 Tbs. vanilla extract
~5 Tbs. water
~2 eggs
~1 1/2 cup whiskey

Directions: Mix ingredients thoroughly, chill, and shake before serving.

Easy Ebou Dari Boiled Lobster

2 to 4 quarts boiling water
2 live lobsters (about a pound each)
butter, melted if desired
lemon wedges, if desired

fill a 6 quart dutch oven or stockpot with water and boil it. Now here
comes the mean part. Stick live lobsters in, head first and cover. After
water boils, reduce heat and simmer 10 to 12 minutes or until lobster
turns bright red; drain.

now you need to separate the tail from the body by breaking the shell in
half  where the tail and the body meet. Next you cut away the membrane
on the tail so that the meat is exposed. Throw away the vein and the
small sac near the head of the lobster. you can serve the liver and
coral roe (only in ladies) if you like. Twist the large claws away from
the body. Using a nutcracker, break open the claws and remove the meat
from the claws and body.

Hope you enjoy the meal, and i hope you don't feel like a heartless
killer for boiling the lobster to death!
