                              LIGHT OF THE NINE MOONS
1 package of rice
1 ounce of tauge
1 ounce of coleslaw (chopped)
3 ounce of tofu
4 red chilli peppers (chopped)
1 package of mixed dried Indonesian herbs
2 ounce of Indonesian sate sauce

Boil the rice. Bake the tofu in another pan, throw in as many herbs as
you like.
Some like it hot, others not, so keep that in mind. After about 10
minutes, you
can add the tauge, coleslaw and chopped chilli peppers. The dried herbs
need to swell a bit in hot water. Do so and add those as well. When the
rice is ready, throw it into the vegetable mix.
Mix it all nicely together and let it cook for another minute or 10. in
the meantime, heat the sate sauce. If you cant find any, peanut butter
will do as well, though keep in mind that you need one
That isnt to salty or sweet. You can add meatballs in the sauce, but
hard boiled eggs work as well
(and are a bit more surprising). Serve the dish with the sauce on the
side.
Enjoy! Its the empresss favourite!

1 salmon (canned works best for this)
2 spoons of mayonnaise
1 spoon of sour crme
pepper
2 mandarins in pieces (canned mandarin works fine)

Mix the salmon with the mayonnaise, sour crme and mandarin, add black pepper and mix.
Cut the avocado in half, get the pit out and divide your salmon mix in
the 4 four halves. Make Sure youve got some dill or parsley handy. Sprinkle some of it over the dish.
This is very easy to make and delicious to eat!
