                             Boar Rushes Down The Ginger Fields

Main ingredients:
3 lbs pork, sliced thinly
2 sprig of spring onion, chopped in inch lengths
1 thumb of ginger, sliced thinly

Marinate:
3 tablespoon oyster sauce
1 teaspoon sugar
1 teaspoon sesame oil
1 tablespoon of hot water(Helps the marinate soften)

Additional:
1 teaspoon rice wine

1) Begin by marinating the pork in marinate (duh) and leave in fridge
for an hour or overnight. Longer the better.
2) Fry ginger in oil until fragrant. Add pork together with the marinate
and fry till pork is almost cooked. should be about 3 minutes or so. Depends  on how thinly you slice ya pork.
3) Add in spring onion and rice wine then fry till pork is cooked.
4) Serve.

                                      Seanchan Monkey's Stew

4 medium sized Del Monte bananas
Half a honey dew, dug out into balls
1 cup Coconut milk
3 lbs brown sugar
1 bag of sago
3 cups water
2 tblspoons of cornstarch

1) Soak sago till soft.
2) Put everything in a pot and stew until thick. Stir constantly.
3) Serve.

                                Poisoned Wine For The Ashaman

1/2 cup cold English breakfast tea
2 tabespoons of honey, melted in 2 tablespoons of hot water
3 slices of peach
3 cherries, stone removed
1 tablespoon of brandy
1 sprig of mint
1/2 cup of ice

*blender removed.

                                              Siuan's Snacks

1 fillet of sole fish, deboned and minced
2 teaspoons of salt
1 teasoon of sugar
10 tablespoons of plain flour
5 tablespoons of water
1 carrot, cut in strips
1 red chili, seeds removed and cut in strips.
Corn flour

1) Mix minced fish fillet with salt and sugar.
2) Mix flour and water until paste like consistency.
3) Mix in carrots and chili
4) Shape into oval shaped balls. Each should be about the size of your
thumb.
5) Coat in corn flour and deep fry until golden brown.
6) Serve with sweetened chili sauce (next recipe!)
