Chocolate Mint Mousse Pie

Ingredients
- 1 teaspoon unflavored gelatin
- 1 tablespoon cold water
- 2 tablespoons boiling water
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/3 cup Cocoa
- 1 cup (1/2 pt.) cold whipping cream
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 baked 8- or 9-inch pie crust, cooled
- MINT CREAM TOPPING (recipe follows)

Directions
1. Sprinkle gelatin over cold water in small cup; let stand 2 minutes to
soften. Add boiling water; stir until gelatin is completely dissolved
and mixture is clear. Cool slightly, about 5 minutes.

2. Stir together sugar and cocoa in medium bowl; add whipping cream and
vanilla. Beat on medium speed of mixer until stiff, scraping bottom of
bowl occasionally. Add gelatin mixture; beat just until well blended.
Pour into prepared pie crust.

3. Prepare MINT CREAM TOPPING; spread over filling. Refrigerate at least
2 hours. Cover; refrigerate leftover pie. 6 to 8 servings.

MINT CREAM TOPPING: Beat 1 cup (1/2 pt.) cold whipping cream, 2
tablespoons powdered sugar, 1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon peppermint extract and
several drops green food color in medium bowl until stiff. About 2 cups
topping.

Choco' Delight
Great for festivities

You will need
1 Gram pie crust
1 Box of Choco Jello Pudding Mix
1 Can of whip cream
1 cup of colored sprinkles

You will need to first mix the pudding up and pour into the pie crust.
Next you will chill for 30 mins. (you dont want the whipping to settle
into the chocolate pudding) Pull out and decorate with whip topping.
After you have done that you can take the sprinkles and sprinkle over
the top of the pie. There you have a festive chocolate pie!


Cheesy spiced bread

You will need'
1   loaf french bread
1/2 cube of butter
1   Garlic clove (or 1 tblsp or garlic salt)
Pinch of season salt
1   cup shredded mozz, american cheeses

Cut the loaf in half where you have to open parts.(hope you get that)
warm 1/2cube of butter so it will spread easily. Butter the both pieces
of the bread. Next you will need to mince the garlic and sprinkle over
the bread. Sprinkle seasoning salt lightly over the garlic and bread. (dont
over due it, just enough for a little added flavor)Next you will evenly
spread the cheese over the bread. Toast in oven for about 8-10 mins. Or
until cheese is melted.
For toastier bread use a toaster oven on the toast cycle that will make
the cheese melt and the bread toasty.
