                                   DOMANI CHILI FEAST

     1 lb.       mild sausage
     1 lb.       beef (ground, or steak, chopped)
     3/4 c.      chopped onion
     1 can      peeled tomato chopped up
     1/2 c.      diced bell pepper
     dash       red pepper
     1 can ea. Red kidney beans, red beans and Northern beans

In a large cook pot, add chopped tomatoe w/juice, all beans, chopped onion and bell pepper. Stir to blend.
Fry (separately) sausage till completely cooked, add to the pot. Fry beef until done, add to the pot. Add chili seasoning mix and red pepper, to desired taste.  Cook on med low for 2 hours.

**Try eating this meal with Cinnamon rolls... it really balances out the flavors!

                                 WARDER'S CAMPSIDE CHICKEN SOUP

     2       Cornish Game Hens
     1       large onion
     5 c.    water
     3       chopped celery
     2       chopped carrots
     1       clove garlic, diced
              spices to taste

In a MED. cook pot, boil hens in 5 c. water on a med low temp for about 1 hour, add more water during evaporation.  Then, remove all traces of bone and skin and discard (or bury) Chop onion, celery, carratos and garlic and add to pot, salt and pepper, you may add rosemary, majoram and poultry seasoning about 1/2 tsp. each.  Cook for another 20 min.
** option: add one diced tomatoe.

                                AMRYLINS HEARTY BEEF SOUP

     2 lb.         sirloin of steak (cut into 1 in. cubes)
     1 lrg.        beef soup bone
     1 small     head of cabbage (chopped
     3              carrots (chopped
     3-4           red potatoes (chopped)
     1/2 lb.      fresh green beans (clip ends)
     6-10 c.     water
                    salt & pepper
      3 tbl.       beef base
      3 med.     tomatoes (chopped)

In a large pot add beef base, and soup bone. Boil for 45 min. Watch water and add if needed. In the meantime cut up your veggies and meat. Store cold.
Begin adding all ingredients including salt and pepper, cover w/lid and lower heat to low and let cook for 1 hour. 
**you can add as many veggies you'd like... Mulligans stew recipe is the same minus the cabbage. Add corn and 2 c. tomato juice.
