Josie Lawrence

Wendy Lawrence was born in 1959 in Dudley England, United Kingdom. She changed her name to Josie Lawrence when she was a member of Equality because there was already a member with the name Wendy Lawrence. Her first movie appearance was in 1986 in the sci-fi thriller "Riders of the Storm." In 1988 she was in the pilot episode of Whose Line is it Anyway. She was a regular on the show through its end in 1998.

Besides WliiA she had many other projects. She starred in several TV series, such as "Not With a Bang", "Downwardly Mobile", and "Outside Edge". She even had her own T.V. series "Josie". She also starred in movies such as "The Green Man" and "Enchanted April".

In 1995 she joined the Comedy Store Players and the RSC. In 1999 she filmed an American Episode of Whose Line is it Anyway. Her current project is the voice of a Duck in the animated series "Dog and Duck".
