The KIWIN’S District Project is Project BEHOLD, Being Energized Helping Overcome Life’s Disadvantages, which started in 1994-1995. By encompassing wide variety of service ideas, Project BEHOLD allows flexibility , enabling individual clubs to personalize their projects to fit the needs of their own community. Through Project BEHOLD, we help people who are socially, economically, physically, mentally, politically, or educationally disadvantaged.
