OK, no apologies. We have a life outside of this computer.
So do you. But, we are in Mankato, Minnesota this week
(Winona was last week) and we are feeling GUILTY! Still
not going to apologize though! Martha Bambenek Wilson flew (first class...woohoo!) to Minneapolis/St.Paul. Mary Lou (Wilson) and Wayne Stone drove to the Airport to pick her up. From California. Drove her to Mankato accompanied by a stowaway we had picked up earlier in Mankato...Sister Joel. Surprise! A day of rest later, and we were on the road again, heading for a week in Winona at Pat Bambenek's house. We visited Connie Bambenek Kiedrowski at the Manor in Winona, a visit with Tony Kiedrowski, Mass at St. Stan's, a couple of visits to the cemetery, a trip out to Trempealeau for dinner (yum!) with Mark Bambenek and his lovely wife Laura (and the boys - Jacob and Riley) Spent time with the Wojos (Mary, Fran, Theresa, Chris, Andrew and his wife Megan. Let's see if we can spell it correctly...Wojciechowski. Now, we're back in Mankato awaiting the arrival of Matthew Baldwin Wilson from Kalamazoo. (He SAID he'd be here by midnight.) We will try to pull some pictures off the camera of all this wonderfulness. Might have to pirate some from Laura's FaceBook page. As always... Please, don't forget that this is, first and foremost, a Wicka Family website. We still need your family stories, photos, and email addresses! We are always in search of Wicka genealogy!
