Policies

Factory New Items Only
All products listed on the Wilborniti' online store are new factory sealed and retail packaged with full manufacturer warranty. Wilborniti' does not list any refurbished or used products.

Order Processing

Once your order has been placed online, your order will be processed within 24 hours, during regular business days (Monday-Friday). If there is any question with your order or if you choose to pay by check, your order will be placed ON HOLD until the question is resolved or payment has been received. Any order that has been ON HOLD for longer than 30 days will be cancelled. Your order will be shipped based on the availability, when all items ordered are available. Availability may change, so we can not guarantee a certain ship date or delivery date. Orders will not be processed or shipped on Saturday or Sunday. No Saturday or Sunday delivery is available.

A physical address must be provided for the Ship to address. FedEx and Airborn Express do not ship to PO Box addresses. We also do not ship to APO/FPO addresses.

International Orders are available.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are based on an internal table set by Wilborniti', based on current shipping costs. Each product product purchase button contains a shipping cost that is added into the final purchase price.

Your order will be processed within 24 hours during regular business days (Monday-Friday). It will then be shipped based on the availability of that product. If an item usually ships within 2 weeks, the order may be shipped up to 2 weeks or more after it was placed. Upon shipment, the desired Next or 2nd Day Delivery will be used as selected.

Credit Card Authorization

All credit card orders will be run through an automated authorization process. If your billing information provided matches exactly with what your issuing bank has on file for you, the authorization process is completed very quickly. If there is any discrepancy or you are shipping to an address other than the bill to address, manual authorization will be needed. This can delay your order until the proper authorization has been completed.

Sales Tax:

State of Utah - 6.35% Sales Tax will added to orders shipped to Utah addresses. For all other States: Purchaser is responsible for state and local sales tax (where applicable).

Forms of Payment

Wilborniti' accepts Visa and MasterCard issued in the United States. There is no extra charge for using your credit card to make purchases. Please be sure to provide your exact billing address and telephone number (this is the address and phone number your credit card bank has on file for you). The information will be used in authorization. Any discrepancy with what the bank has on file, will delay your order. Wilborniti' also accepts personal checks, money orders, and cashier's checks. Orders are processed after a personal check has cleared the bank. Orders are processed upon receipt of a money order or cashier's check.

Product Images

From time to time a manufacturer may change the cosmetics of their products. For this reason, there may be some discrepancy in the looks of the product received when compared to the image on our website. We change the product images whenever we are made aware of such a problem, but we do not waive the restocking fee if an item looks “different” than what was on the site. The product images on our site should be used as representations of the products and nothing more.

Returns Policy

All returns must be made within 5 days of when you received your order.

Defective Returns (Exchange Only, For Same Item):

Please request a Return to Merchant Authorization (RMA) number by emailing wilborniti@yahoo.com. Once you have an RMA number, please send the order to Wilborniti' for an exchange. Customer to cover return freight costs. All shipping charges are non-refundable. Non-Defective Returns ("Buyer's Remorse"):

Please request a Return to Merchant Authorization (RMA) number by emailing wilborniti@yahoo.com. Merchandise must be factory fresh, mint condition, containing all manuals and warranty cards (left unfilled). Customer to cover return freight costs. All Non-Defective Returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee If an order is returned in non-resalable condition, the return will not be accepted and the merchandise will be returned to the customer. If returned without an RMA number, a higher restocking fee may be assessed as determined by Wilborniti'

All shipping charges are non-refundable.

Refused Shipments:

If you refuse a package, please contact wilborniti@yahoo.com as soon as possible. A 15% restocking fee will be assessed for all refused shipments, additional penalties may be assessed if we receive a refused package that we were not informed of.
