These are people from the Society for Creative Anachronism, either from my local groups or nearby.  I don't have pictures of everybody, but I'll add more as soon as I get them.

This is me, in my new garb.  Lady Flori took this picture for me at Buffalo Snit, in the Shire of Rokeclif.
