The Williston FFA Chapters currently have 145 members with SAE projects ranging from goats to steers and peanuts to watermelons. With a diverse group of students this chapter has a tradition of winning. 

The advisors for these chapters, Robert Philpot, Chris Wilder and John Eubanks, have a combined total of thirty-seven years of teaching experience. Mr. Philpot has coached 34 state winning teams & 2 national winning teams in his 28 years at Williston High School. During Mr. Wilders' 3 years at Williston, coming from Kathleen High in Lakeland with 6 years experience, he has coached 3 state winning teams.  They both have had multiple state officers, state and American degree recipients as well as multiple state proficiency winners. This success has been in part due to the specialization of the teachers, Mr. Philpot specializing in the animal sciences while Mr. Wilder teaches the horticulture sciences. John Eubanks is new to the field of teaching but not to Williston. Mr. Eubanks is a former WHS FFA member. He has coached his first Parliamentary Procedure team to the state championship.
