2. Thomas Rowland. Born in 1769 in Ugborough. Thomas died in Queen Annes Battery Plymouth on 8 7 1856, he was 87. Buried on 12 7 1856 in Ford park Cemetry. Occupation: Cordwainer / Shoemaker. (click on Info for more information)

On 11 9 1791 when Thomas was 22, he first married Sally Sarah Wills, in St Mary's Church, Brixham.

They had the following children:

i. Henry. Born in 1799.

ii. George (1). Born in 1801 in Plymouth.

iv. George (2). Born in 1805 in Plymouth.

v. Robert. Born in 1807 in Plymouth.

On 2 5 1812 when Thomas was 43, he second married Ann Francis King, in St Andrews Church, Plymouth. Born abt 1787. Ann died in Regent St Plymouth on 7 1 1867, she was 80.

They had the following children:

i. John King. Born in 1812 in Plymouth.

ii. Matilda. Born in 1815 in official. Matilda died in Plymouth on 4 11 1892, she was 77. Buried in 1892 in Ford Park Cemetry.

Matilda first married Wife of Matilda Rowland, Pearce.

Matilda second married John Dupre. Born in 1817. John died in Plymouth on 21 10 1903, he was 86.

iii. Ellen. Born in 1834 in Plymouth. Ellen died in Plymouth on 11 4 1864, she was 30. Buried in 4 1864 in Ford Park Cemetry.

3. Sally Ann Rowland. Born in 1803 in *Parish of St Charles Plymouth.

On 12 7 1826 when Sally Ann was 23, she married Edward Moon, son of Robert Moon & Margaret, in St Charles Church, Plymouth. Born in 1797 in Iffracombe Dev. Edward died in Plymouth Devon on 11 1 1863, he was 66.

They had the following children:

i. Edward Henry Rowland. Born in 1827 in Plymouth Devon.

v. Phoebe C. Born in 1837 in Stonehouse Plymouth Devon.

vi. William Thomas. Born in 1838 in Stonehouse Plymouth Devon. Occupation: 1851 Scholar, Master Mariner.

vii. Alfred F. Born in 1839 in Stonehouse Plymouth Devon. Occupation: Grocer.

viii. Isabella. Born in 1841 in Stonehouse Plymouth Devon.

ix. Clara. Born in 1846 in Plymouth. Clara died in Newington / Newtington in 12 1863, she was 17. Buried on 30 12 1863 in Ford Park Cemetery.
