All ratties will come with an adoption contract, pedigree, and information regarding treatment of the rats (unless adopter is an experianced rat owner).
My rats will now be sold as breeders, except to very experianced breeders, as we are starting our OWN lines, and health is not garaunteed due to it. If I find a tumor in one of my lines, I will end the line. I fI were to sell rats from these lines as breeders, all of the other breeders breeding would have to shut down their lines from my rats as well, which is way to complicated and annoying to do.
My rats' health is not garaunteed, due to the unknown genetic backround of a couple of rats in my lines. Though we do have rats from other breeders, with pedigrees, generally at least one parent has unkown backround, except maybe 1-2 generations. We are working on establishing our own lines, so it may be a long while before we can garauntee helath 100%. We ARE going to be breeding for health and longevity, but confirming that in the lines may take years.
I reserve the right to reject any homes I wish. I will never sell a rat as a feeder. All unsold rats will stay with me in my rattery until they are either adopted, or until they lve their life to its end.
All of my rats have a 15 day garauntee. If a rat dies of an illness that it could ahve contracted during its time in the rattery, PLEASE inform me. I will replace the rat, as long as you send me proof of death (ie. the body). I don't want to have dead bodies around, so I'll try to make sure no ratties have illnesses when they leave. Please tell me the symptoms of the disease, and what conditions they are kept in.
All rats when they reach their new homes must have a 15 day quarentine from all other rats. If they do not have this quarentine, I will NOT take back a rat due to illness, or replace the rat with a new one.

I DO airline ship. It generally costs $150-250. Please e-mail me for more details. I do not postal ship. Next year, after the May litter is born, I will be able to drive and meet yuo, at an extra charge for my time, as well as you pay for the gas. I will not drive more then 2 hours. If you do not show up, hopefully I will be meeting someone else. But, You are allowed to have a second try at picking up our rats. After that, yuo will NOT be allowed to try again.
You must pay a non-refundable third of the price to reserve the rat. When you come to pick up the rat, you must be ready to accept the rest of the money. I do NOT take personal checks.
