This man is one of the finest actors we have ever seen, and he has received much critical acclaim as a stage performer. Unfortunately, there was very little recognition of him in the general public - until C.S.I. came to television. We were shocked and amazed that we couldn't find a single homepage for him on the entire Web back in September of 1998.

We set out to remedy that situation. As Fate would have it, we met Angie on-line, and then we were three. Then came Joan, then came John, and ... well, the rest is History. Eventually, we were actually able to create a "William Petersen WebRing", for the sites popping up all over the place. We started an e-mail group dedicated to him, and before we knew it, EVERYONE was jumping on the bandwagon.

Well, since then, life intervened, and much that was once known was lost ... (oops, that's another movie ...). I've had to make some major repairs, and overhauls, but here you have it, folks ... just like '98, "B&C's Original Unofficial William Petersen Fansite"!

"William Tells": William Petersen isn't worried about succumbing to the pull of Sin City while he's in Las Vegas filming his hit CBS drama "CSI".

"I stopped gambling quite awhile ago, so it's not a temptation to me, but I can't promise that the grips won't be over there at the tables," says the film veteran, 47. Petersen's heavy workload - he is also a producer on the show - isn't pleasing his handlers, who are itching to capitalize on the buzz surrounding the fall's highest rated new drama.

"My agents are like 'Okay, what are we going to do next?'" he says. "I said, We're going to do this!' I'm 24/7 till June and I'd like to see my family and return some telephone calls at some point."
