The British Columbia Newspaper Wednesday, September 29, 1937 ------------------- Mrs. Elizabeth Murphy, wife of the late Abraham Murphy, 315 Tenth Street, died at the Royal Columbian Hospital. The late Mrs. Murphy who was born in Ontario was 85 years of age and had been a resident of this city for 15 years. She is survived by one daughter, Mrs. J. Keeler of this city, two sons, J.H. Murphy, Delmonte, Cal., and P.H. Murphy, Vancouver and a brother Capt. J. Wesley Winters, Winnipeg. ______________________ |
| There was a notation made in the notes of Eva May Craig - daughter of Silas Winters - brother of our John Wesley - with regards to Annie. It stated simply - " this sister had LOTS of children!" The following is information about this family I have collected from Census Records & Ontario Birth/Marriage/Death registration records.
