American Family Insurance

I came to work at American Family in December, 1985 as a multi-line adjuster in Cape Girardeau, MO. For 7 1/2 years I handled a wide variety of casualty, physical damage and property claims. May, 1993 brought me to Wisconsin and my new position as a technical casualty claims trainer. From January, 1997 through November, 2000 I was a regional claims liaison, working with managers in the Midland and Mountain regions to help them determine training needs and working on project teams to meet these needs. I am now in the Technology Education area of the new Education Division.
