Independent Criminals
Harry Davis
Independent  criminals, those  who exercise their  illegal  trade without the  backing of  any  major organization, have  always played  an important role in Montreal's underworld. After  all, one does not have to be a wiseguy or a biker to earn the big bucks. Some of  the most interesting crooks have been freelancers. This section focuses on those who made  a large impact  and thus carved  their  names in the history books.
