Martin "Blue " Blouin
Rock Machine/Bandidos
Martin Blouin was born on March 31, 1965 and became a member of the Rock Machine's Quebec chapter  in the early 1990s. At that time, Blouin had already been before the courts on ten different occasions.

Police arrested Blouin, Fred Faucher, André Sauvageau, Normand Baker, and Guy Langlois in a Boucherville hotel on July 14, 1994. Police seized two pistols, three  radio-detonated  bombs, and  twelve pounds of  dynamite  and charged the five Rock  Machine with conspiring  to murder members of  the Evil Ones biker club, a Hells Angels puppet gang.

Blouin  pled guilty on  charges of  murder conspiracy  and  possession of firearms  and  explosives  and, on  February  3, 1995, was  sentenced  to 30 months in prison.

The Rock Machine member got tired of sitting in a jail cell and broke out in September, 1997. He wasn't on the streets long though. He picked up less than a week later. He posed no resistence when agents raided his Lac-Frontiere hotel room.

On  September 6, 2001, while  on  parole, Blouin was  pulled over  by police  as he  drove  along Lafleche  street  in  Baie-Comeau. Inside  his  automobile, officers found  a  loaded 9 mm gun  and a knife.
