Steve Duquette
Hells Angels Sherbrooke Chapter
Steve Duquette was born  around 1967 and was  a  member of  the Evil Ones biker gang, before  being  promoted to  the  Hells Angels  Sherbrooke Chapter.

In 1994, Duquette, then  a  member  of  the  Evil Ones, a  Hells  Angels puppet club, and Michel Delisle, also an  Evil One, were  arrested, allegedly for being in possession of two onces of cocaine.

Duquette  and  Delisle  pleaded guilty on  February 24, 1994, and  were sentenced to 16 and 17 months in prison, respectively.

Duquette became  a member of  the Hells Angels Sherbrooke Chapter in the late 1990s. When the Evil Ones Granby Chapter was created on August 17, 2000, he and Hells Ghislain Vallerand became the group's
godfathers.

In 1999, according to  an  article  published in the
Montreal Gazette, police  arrested Duquette and five other  members of  the  Sherbrooke Chapter. In  August, police had tried to  pull over some  Hells members for  having  noisy mufflers, but the latter reportedly refused to pull over. Police followed the bikers to the gang's Lennoxville property, where they  alleged that Steve Duquette and Sylvain Vachon threatened them.

Duquette and Vachon, according to that same news article, were charged with  assaulting  a police officer. Duquette was  also charged with threatening police, and the  two men, along with fellow Hells Angels Yvon Tanguay, Gaetan David, Michel  Vallieres,  and  Ghislain Vallerand,  were  charged  with obstructing police.

On  January 16, 2001, about 200 police  officers wrapped  a 15 month  investigation  into the  Evil Ones biker gang's activities, by  arresting ten people, including five  members of  the gang in  question and one  Hells Angel. Evil Ones  members Marion Dion, Steven Larivée, Mario Daigneault, and  Mario Godue, as well  as  Hells Angel Ghislain Vallerand, were  reportedly charged with conspiracy and drug trafficking.

Police, who said they saw more than $1 million worth of  cocaine sold during  their  investigation, seized 550 grams of cocaine, four firearms, five vehicles, and some marijuana.

While not charged in the  investigation, police raided  Duquette's Saint-Élie-d'Orford house, where they said they found  a pistol. Duquette was not home  at  the  time so police issued  a warrant for his arrest.
