Wilborniti' International University was founded on March 15 as a private institution of higher learning, 2005 by Emperor Annakia V. Wilborniti', King of Anzandria, and C.E.O. of Wilborniti'. Emperor Wilborniti' desired to expand his mandate to take life to the highest height and implemented this university to assist in the continual cultivation processes of young adults throughout life into christian men and women foundationed in success moved to make life the best it can be and pleasing to GOD in Heaven. The position of C.E.O. of The Wilborniti' International University is claimed by Emperor Annakia V. Wilborniti' as his, in the name of Jesus, and will be succeeded only by The heirs to The Throne of The Kingdom of Anzandria, the chosen sons of The Lineage of Emperor Annakia V. Wilborniti'. The Wilborniti' International University is a private institution owned and operated by Emperor Annakia V. Wilborniti' as a sole proprietorship. All administrative positions are hired and appointed by Emperor Annakia V. Wilborniti', allowed operation and continual appointments by the opportunities given to The WIU staff through the Wilborniti' International University Constitution, all staff members are paid on a monthly basis as employees of The Wilborniti' Company, and Emperor Annakia V. Wilborniti' reserves the right to hire and'/or fire any of his staff members, at any time, and for any reason.

WIU's College of Communications and Fine Arts administrative staff consists of 7 positions:

1) The Assistant to the Dean of WIU University Emperor Annakia V. Wilborniti'
2) Secretary Office Assistant
3) Student's Admission Office Assistant
4) Students Records Office Assistant
5) Students Advisor Office Assistant
6) Students Graduation Assistant
7) Students Postgraduate Assistant.

All Wilborniti' International University College of Communications and Fine Arts administrative staff are accountable directly to Emperor Annakia V. Wilborniti' or the assigned representative of The Wilborniti' company by Emperor Annakia V. Wilborniti'. Each College of Arts and Sciences administrative staff Member is require to meet with Emperor Annakia V. Wilborniti' or his appointed Wilborniti' Company representative on the First Friday of each quarter to present the status of the college, quarterly and annual planned events, as well as the 5 year, 10 year, 50 year, and 100 year business plan for Wilborniti' International University.



WIU Board of Trustee quarterly meetings schedule:

1st Quarter - First Friday in January
2nd Quarter - First Friday in April
3rd Quarter - First friday in July
4th Quarter - First Friday in October

All presentation meetings are held from 9:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M. at the location given by Emperor Annakia V. Wilborniti' or his assigned representative.
