To give you a very simplified explanation of Sheya, I'll give an example of what our daily practice is like. Basically, you cast a circle and then call in one of the Aspects, quiet your mind and then sit with that Aspect. After getting to know that Aspect and developing a personal relationship with it you go through an initiation, making that Aspect a part of your Self.
Who would have guessed that something so simple would be so powerful?
The Aspects correspond to Mother, Father, Child, and Spirit. As you make these aspects a part of your Self, you end up working through your own issues with mother, father and children. You also become aware of parts of your Self you never knew existed. This part of the process is very healing and makes you a much more whole person. This is part of the transformation we keep talking about. You also become energetically bigger, stronger, more aware, and more spiritually connected than ever before.
The Aspects also correspond to Earth, Fire, Air, and Water. On an even deeper level they correspond to Form, Life Force, Consciousness, and Spirit. These are the keys to the Universe. Once you have integrated these "keys" you can begin to unlock some of the deeper mysteries of life.
"Sounds great!" you say? "How do I get started?" you ask? Well, this is an intense path. You really can't do it without a mentor. That would be like trying to cross the Everglades without a guide or a map. If you are interested in finding a mentor, email me and I will put you in contact with someone. Once your mentor has agreed to take you as a student you will be sent lessons. You work on each lesson until you are ready for your initiation. This could take anywhere from three months or three years per lesson. After your initiation you do integration before you move on to your next lesson.
