Rules Interpretations and League Resolved Issues
Catcher's Usage:
     It has been ruled that catchers who have only enough AB to be a catcher (150) but not enough AB to play other positions (225) he will not be allowed to play any positions besides Catcher.  Even if this player is rated at the other positions.

Relief Pitcher Unrated:
    A pitcher who is not rated in relief may not pitch in relief unless all other pitchers who have a reliever rating have been used whether tired or not.
