Charging Your Glow in the Dark Lures!

Above Above is a box I purchased and remodeled into an Ultra Violet Light box to charge glow in the dark fishing lures. I made one for myself and then made this one with improvements. The box works better than I dreamed it would. It will fully charge a glow in the dark fishing spinner or lure in 5 to 10 seconds. A flashlight can take 2 or 3 minutes. I am not a master carpenter so the remodel is slightly rough around the edges but the outstanding performance more than makes up for that. The dimensions are approximately 3 inches high X 5 1/4" wide X 3 1/4" deep. The opening in the top measures about 1 5/8" X 3 3/4" It has 4 ultraviolet LED's, only three show in the picture. It is powered by 3 AA batteries, included and has a limiting resistor to protect the LED's. A switch on the front of the box is marked with a black bead to indicate the off position and a white bead to indicate on. The latch on the front of the box didn't impress me so I embedded two small super magnets in the lid and two in the box. It now closes securely with a snap. The lid allows access to the battery compartment. With the box you will get 4 Fishtackler® brand hand made triple tandem spinners. The wings of the spinners glow up to ten times longer than traditional glow in the dark compounds. Also included are 1 dozen GloRings™ which uses the same new super long glow in the dark material. GloRings™ can be placed in front of your bait, lure or spinner when night fishing or fishing in deep, dark or turbid waters. Also included in this package is a worm threader. The worm threader accepts the worm first and then the worm is neatly treaded onto the hook and part way up the line, We seem to catch more fish this way. For now there is only one box currently for sale so I am not using the traditional shopping cart.
