The facts.
This is a miniature 1950's license
plate made for kids to put on their tricycles and bikes. It was offered
as a premium inside boxes of Wheaties, "Breakfast of champions." The idea was to collect a plate from all 48 states, Alaska and Hawii not yet states. I would
love to have a mathematician work out the odds of this coincidence
ever happening. Maybe some one will do the math and let us know. OK? If
you work it out send the answer to:

The coincidence.
In the early 1950's
Bountiful, Utah had no dial telephones. and of course no one had even
heard of push button phones. You simply picked up the phone and an
operater would ask, "number please!" If you asked for "969" you got the
Queen Theater, (QT969). What are the odds that the state would be
right, that the initials would be right and that the phone number
would also be right?Lynn Mills Class of 58 Bountiful High, Bountiful Utah
