With
todays digital technology amazing things can be done with that fabulous photograph except for the flaws which make it less than mediocre. The picture below was taken on the fly from a moving car. There was no time to frame it or set up the picture for the best angles and views. All I could do was aim and shoot I liked the picture... except for the blurriness, the dingey lighting, the power lines the power pole and of course the ugly guard rail. |

The first thing I did was crop the picture
and get rid of the ugly guard rail! Notice how, by simply
cropping the photo and stretching it a little, the picture suddenly
takes on a cinema scope panoramic quality, Notice
how squashed up the photograph on the left looks compared to
the photo on the right. Next I sharpened the picture and lightened it
making it look bright clean and crisp using MS Picture it. Then I
loaded it into Paint and took out the power lines and the power pole.
Exactly how it was done I will explain on the next page coming soon. The picture is still not perfect but what a difference! |
