			E ME Booty Camp I have met the most perfect lady My eyes are in shock and my heart is on hold Though to her my thoughts are better left untold Cause I don't think she'll go for my rolled middle fold It's too bad because I'd do anything To be the man she'd love and the one she'd hold The fire in my eyes burns off this old blindfold And the one burning in my heart makes ashes of the cold. Her personality is just right Her face is the fairest since the time of Snow White Everything about her is everything I like My Lord she's got a body that is way outta sight! She smiled at me and I fell for her I nearly peed my pants right there on the spot She has inner fire that makes my muscles hot While we push up and down I get what I don't get a lot Her energy makes my heart beat fast The girl of my dreams is awake with me at last I was overwhelmed sweating with this pretty lass I think it's time I lost a few pounds off my ass! AIR-robics Booty Camp and Hypnocize Me were written for my aerobics instructor. She has taught me oh so well. An inspiration at a time when my Doctor told me I was going to die if I did not stop drinking Mountain Dew and start exercising. If she had not been the one teaching class when I decided to finally join in, I never would have started. And I would have given up in any one elses class. She made it fun and made the pain go away when it would surely have gotten the best of me. Over the past couple of years I have done some editing of these two poems but the essence of the originals is still in there. I change things from time to time for various reasons. Sometimes I just like the sound of a particular word or phrase better than another and it flows with the rhythm of the poem. I suppose I could just write another poem all together, but when it really seems to fit, I think it adds more to the poem than an entirely new poem would do on its own. However I had made some changes about a year ago in Booty Camp that I decided I wanted to change back to the original words. So it's not always best to make those changes because sometimes you realize your first choice is your best choice. It may not be easy to see until after you make a change and find out that you got it right the first time around. JJ Boxing Aerobics Hold out those arms.... What are we doin' Joe?
