Teaser: It's 1989--a swat team runs into a building to find Mulder naked on the floor yelling "They're here!" The swat team prods further to find three men, which will soon become the LGM, holding their hands up and begging for them not to shoot. They get cuffed and taken out.

The LGM are in jail. After some fighting and name calling between them, Byers gets called in for questioning. He begins his story--starting with a seminar he was attending for the FCC when he noticed a blonde woman approach. He followed her--she also ran into Frohike and Langly. When she turns around she bumps into Byers, and she tells him some fabricated story, hoping he will help her get on the internet.
