The crowd cheers as the Rock’s name is mentioned. “… and Ric Flair proclaimed that he thought that the General Managers of Unleashed thought he was worthless and not needed. He came to the ring whilst the cage match was on and he demolished both GM’s. As I said in my post ppv statement, that match was for the sole GM position of Unleashed and no-one won the match therefore Unleashed doesn’t have a General Manager!”
The crowd cheers at this too. “… You all may think it is good but really it isn’t. That makes my job a lot harder. I have to make a crucial decision now regarding the future of this show. Everybody is just going to have to be patient and calm tonight as nothing has been done about the matches. I am just here tonight to keep things in order. Tonight will be known as a free night for the superstars of Unleashed. Whoever wants a match will come out and demand one. I don’t want no mucking about by any of the superstars tonight and if it stays that way then it should be good.”
‘OH YEAAAAAH’ Matt Hardy comes out on stage followed by Lillian Garcia and he says, “I have been waiting for a Cruiserweight title match for ages and I want it right now. I wont take no as an answer Vince. If Eugene is the champ that I think he is, then he will come out and accept my challenge.”
Vince, “Alright, I was just about to say that I am open to al negotiations. I will give you your title shot, but if you lose you cannot challenge for the title while Eugene is still champ. Agree?”
Matt, “Fine.” He makes his way to the ring as Vince steps out. Lillian follows him as the announcer announces Matt Hardy. Eugene’s music hits as he walks down the ramp and rushes into the ring.
JR, “So we have Matt Hardy VS Eugene first up King. What a way to start the show with the Cruiserweight Championship match.”
King, “That is a good way to start the night. But we don’t even know how we are going to go through the night or what is going to end the night. So we’ll just have to kick back and see what is going to happen.”
Matt Hardy VS Eugene (XWE Cruiserweight Championship)
Matt wastes no time as he gets to work on Eugene. Matt throws Eugene into the ropes and goes for a clothesline and Eugene ducks and then tries a clothesline but Matt ducks and pulls down the rope and Eugene goes over and hits his head on the barrier. Lillian slaps Eugene as he gets up and then she runs as Eugene chases her into the ring only to be hit by a missile dropkick. Lillian is ejected from ringside. Matt picks up Eugene and hits a Twist of Fait and goes for the pin, 1… 2… kick out. Matt picks up Eugene and hits a huge DDT. Matt goes to the top rope and hits a moonsault, 1… 2… kick out. Matt throws Eugene into the turnbuckle. Eugene is mad! Eugene picks up Matt and hits an airplane spin then an atomic leg drop. The crowd start screaming as Lillian is running back down to the ring. She slides in and evades an oncoming takedown from Eugene and then she grabs his head from behind and hits a backbreaker.
‘Ding ding ding!!!’ The referee called for the bell and the announcer says, “The referee has disqualified Matt Hardy, therefore Eugene is the winner of the match and STILL the XWE Cruiserweight Champion.”
Lillian gets Eugene up and holds him steady. Matt starts punching him in the stomach as Vince’s music hits. He comes out on stage and says, “Matt, I gave you the opportunity to win your first Cruiserweight title on Unleashed and you just throw it back at me. You had that match won and then you just stuffed up. So, what I said at the start remains. You can no longer challenge Eugene for the title; however you’re already booked in a match next week. I know that you have just proved yourself unworthy of the Cruiserweight Championship so I will give you one more shot at another title next week. You’ll have to find yourself a partner thought because you’ll be facing Randy Orton and Charlie Haas for the tag team championships.”
Lillian drops Eugene in the middle of the ring as they both exit.
*Commercial Break*
A camera is situated backstage just outside the door of the Undertaker. The door opens slightly and Taker says, “At Destruction, I proved to Booker T that I was better than him. I didn’t just beat him in the cell, I put him through it! And whoever wants a shot at my title will get the same treatment.”
The cameras go back to JR and King.
King, “I wonder what will be next JR!”
Miss Jackie’s music hits and she comes out to the boo from the crowd. She takes no notice of the crowd and she looks to be in a happy mood.
Jackie, “Do you people know what I have been wondering the past couple of days? Well, I’ll tell you anyway! I have noticed that the divas on Unleashed are dropping like flies and I don’t seem to know why. First of all, we’re getting a new woman’s champion more than I change my underwear and now, with Tatyana as the champ, well I’m just going to say that it will be way easier for me to get the title from her.”
Tatyana’s music hits and she storms out onto the stage with her title over her shoulder, “Listen bitch… You have no right going around here and talking shit about me. I am the new Woman’s Champion and no skanky ass bitch is gonna take it from me.”
Jackie, “Well let’s see about that!”
Tatyana VS Miss Jackie
Tatyana makes her way down to the ring and when she gets in she holds the woman’s championship belt inches from Jackie’s face. Jackie snatches it from Tatyana’s hand, throws it out of the ring and then grabs a hold of her hair. Jackie swings her around a few times and then she lets go. Tatyana flies across the ring and rolls under the bottom rope. Jackie gets out of the ring quickly and goes straight around to Tatyana. Jackie holds Tatyana by her hair again and lifts her to her feet. She goes across to the announce table and goes to slam Tatyana’s head into it, but Tatyana puts her foot up against the desk, breaks Jackie’s hold and slams Jackie’s head into it. Tatyana gets back into the ring as Jackie tries to crawl towards the ring. Jackie pulls herself up by the edge of the ring as Tatyana comes running and baseball slides straight into her. Jackie crashes back into the announce table leaving the crowd up on their feet cheering. Jackie gets up looking really pissed off now and she gets back into the ring. Tatyana trips Jackie just as she got up and then she goes for the pin, 1…2… Jackie kicks out. Tatyana goes for a cover again, 1…2… Again, Jackie kicks out. Tatyana runs against the ropes and just in time for Jackie getting up, she connects with a big shoulder sending Jackie back down to the ground.
King, “I think Tatyana is more overpowering than Jackie thought.”
JR, “But we never know when that short fuse in Jackie is going to blow and send her into a mood that only Charlie Haas can get her out of!”
Jackie slams her fist against the canvas and gets up. Tatyana stops showing off to the crowd when she realizes that Jackie is standing up again. Tatyana laughs at Jackie, but Jackie walks over to her. Tatyana gets serious again and they look eye to eye. Tatyana goes to hit Jackie but Jackie grabs her fist in mid air and squeezes it. Tatyana shows that it hurts but instead of thinking about the pain, she somehow gets her hand out of the grip and arm drags Jackie. Jackie gets up quickly and looks even more pissed off. She gets out of the ring as Charlie starts walking down to the ring. She yells at him to get in the ring and help her as she gets down and gets a chair from underneath the ring. She slides that into the ring and then she grabs the Woman’s championship belt and goes into the ring. Charlie gets into the ring as he sees Jackie run and knock Tatyana out with the belt. Jackie throws the belt out of the ring and then grabs the chair. Tatyana starts crawling towards the edge of the ring trying to escape.
JR, “I think Tatyana and the referee know what Jackie is capable of. She has put two women in hospital in the past three weeks. She is one dangerous woman.”
Announcer, “Here is your winner via Disqualification, Tatyana!”
Jackie corners Tatyana and then she yells at Charlie to go and hold her up. Charlie looks at her and says, “Are you crazy Jackie? This is just a match; you don’t have to go over the top. You can’t be serious”
She turns to him with the chair still in her hands and she yells, “DO IT NOW!!!”
Charlie goes over to Tatyana and holds her up. Jackie drops the chair and she goes over to Tatyana and starts slapping her around. Jackie rips out a huge chunk of Tatyana’s hair and then she starts choking her. Charlie starts yelling at Jackie to stop but she just yells back at Charlie and threatens that she will get the chair. Charlie keeps yelling for her to stop so she goes to get the chair. She picks it up and just as she is about to slam it into Tatyana’s head, Maven comes running down to the ring. Jackie turns and tries to hit him with the chair put he spears her. She rolls out of the ring as Charlie drops Tatyana and goes for Maven. Charlie runs at him, but Maven jumps over him and then when Charlie turns back around Maven scores a huge super kick to the jaw of Charlie. He grabs Tatyana and carries her backstage.
Vince McMahon is sitting in the General Manager’s office. There is a knock at the door and then it opens. All we hear is ‘WOOOOO’ as Ric Flair walks in.
Vince, “Ah Just the man that I wanted to yell at!”
Ric, “There will be no yelling going on in here tonight Vincey boy!!! I have a plan!”
Vince, “Never call me Vincey and I don’t want to hear your stupid plan.”
Ric, “I think you do! It’s WOOOO-tastic! See, you’re in the hunt for a new GM so here I am!”
Vince, “YOU??? NO FRIKEN WAY!!!”
Ric, “Calm down for a second Vince, would you just listen to what I have to say?”
Vince, “Fine, but make it quick.”
The door shuts as the camera focuses back on the ring with The Hurricane standing in it. He says, “You know, I can’t recall the last time that I had a match on this show… WAT’S UP WIT THAT!!!!! So I am out here to tell all you people out the back that if you think you can take me on then prove it!”
Hurricane throws the mic and waits. The big screen flashes up the words ‘Jayson Anderson’ and then the music hits.
King, “There he is JR. It’s Jayson Anderson; the brother of Jessica Hardy from Aggression!”
JR, “So he’s coming out to make his debut on Unleashed against the Hurricane. We’ll see if he is as good as what you think he is!”
Jayson Anderson VS The Hurricane
Jayson walks down to the ring to the awaiting Hurricane. Hurricane holds out his hand for Jayson to shake when he gets into the ring and Jayson shakes it. Hurricane pulls him closer and then sticks out his knee and his knee goes straight into Jayson’s stomach. Hurricane throws Jayson into the ropes and as Jayson comes back Hurricane hits a dropkick. Hurricane picks Jayson up and throws him into the turnbuckle and tries to spear him, but Jayson moves at the last second and throws Hurricane through to hit the post. Jayson grabs Hurricane and does a sidewalk slam. Jayson taunts then goes for an elbow drop but Hurricane moves and starts to gain momentum as he goes for a leg drop and it connects. Hurricane goes for the pin, 1…2… kick out. Jayson flips Hurricane over and goes for the pin, 1…2… kick out. They both get up as the crowd cheers. They lock up as Jayson pushes Hurricane back against the ropes. Hurricane rebounds off the ropes and Jayson hits a huge clothesline on him. Hurricane gets up and gets a running Enzugiri straight to him. Jayson gets him up and then dropkicks him in the knees. Hurricane falls done in pain and the crowd begin to like Jayson more and more. Jayson gets up to the top rope but the Hurricane gets up fast and pushes him off backwards. Jayson falls right to the ground outside the ring landing hard. The referee starts counting him out, 1…2…3…4…5… Hurricane gets out of the ring and gets Jayson back in. Hurricane gets him up but because the referee is standing behind the Hurricane Jayson lifts his hand up and eye gauges him. Hurricane grabs a hold of his eyes in pain and Jayson rolls him up, 1…2…3.
“Here is your winner, Jayson Anderson!”
King, “So Jayson is something that we better watch out for in the near future.”
JR, “He sure did prove tonight that he is a smart game-player.”
Batista is in the back as Vince comes out of his office with a smile on his face. Batista turns around and says, “What’s so good that you have to smile about boss?”
Vince, “Nothing that concerns you at the moment, but I do have something that concerns you. Next week on Unleashed, it will be Batista versus Shelton Benjamin versus Booker T versus The Undertaker in a 4 man battle royal for the United States Championship!”
Batista, “Finally I get my shot! Did you say the Undertaker as well?”
Vince, “Yes Batista. Do you have a problem with Taker being in the match?”
Batista, “I just thought that because Taker is the Hardcore Champion you would make him wrestle someone for the hardcore title.”
Vince, “Well you thought wrong. And I don’t make the decisions around here any more Batista. There is a new sheriff in town and that sheriff will be appearing on next weeks show at the very start to announce that he is the new General Manager of Unleashed. He’ll also announce the matches for the night too but the GM bit is more important.”
The fans cheer as Vince walks away from Batista.
King, “So the U.S title will finally be back in the hands of someone next week JR and we get to find out who the new GM of Unleashed is!”
JR, “Who do you think it will be King?”
King, “I am pretty sure that it will be Ric Flair! He has been denied action throughout his whole time on Unleashed so I think Vince would be a bit kind to him.”
JR, “Anyway, back to tonight’s…”
Announcer, “Introducing to the ring, from Toronto, Ontario, Christian!”
Christian’s music hits and he comes out and down to the ring. He gets in and grabs a mic and says, “I had a match a few weeks ago against Jeff Hardy for the new European title, but I don’t care that I lost because I have just come from Vince McMahon and he told me that Jeff Hardy has something coming to him as well as the other champions. So I am glad that I’m not a champion. Anyway, I have come out here to face Jeff Hardy again, not for the title of course, but just so we can see who the better wrestler is…”
Jeff Hardy’s music pumps through the arena as the thousands of fans get to their feet. Jeff Hardy comes out with the European Championship wrapped proudly around his waist as Lita comes up from behind him and they rock their way out but they stop half way down the ramp and the music stops. Jeff says, “I’ll wrestle you tonight Christian but on one condition. See, ever since Lita lost the Woman’s title she has been trying to focus on another area of wrestling. And that area is out of the Woman’s title division. To put it in simple terms for you Christian, she wants to wrestle tonight. So, we have chosen you a diva partner so we can have an inter-gender tag match. Fair?”
Christian, “Fine, just hurry up!”
Jeff and Lita get into the ring as Christian waits for his partner. Amy’s music hits and then she comes out. Christian starts smiling as Amy Webber comes down to the ring. She gets in and Christian introduces himself to her and then Amy and Lita exit the ring to allow Jeff and Christian to start.
Jeff Hardy & Lita VS Christian & Amy Webber
Jeff Hardy makes the first move by kneeing Christian in the stomach. Christian just shrugs it off and whips Jeff into the ropes. Jeff comes back as Christian hits a spinning heel kick. Christian goes over to tag in Amy but before he can get there, Jeff comes from behind and hits a bulldog and then he goes and tags in Lita. Lita comes in and goes straight to work on Christian’s left knee. She stomps on it, she drops her knee on it and then she drags Christian over to the steel post and slams his knee into it. Lita taunts as Christian again tries to tag Amy in. He gets inches from her hand but Lita comes and drags him back into the middle of the ring. Lita tries to go over to Jeff, but Christian holds her foot and she can’t move. She tries kicking him but he won’t let go. She ends up falling over and Christian crawl to tag Amy in. Amy comes in and she and Lita lock up. Amy pushes Lita back a bit and then knees attempts a roundhouse chick kick but Lita ducks. Lita tries to get over to Jeff again but Amy catches her. Amy punches her in the back a few times and then she tries to do a leg submission move but Lita kicks her away. Amy loses balance and flies through the middle ropes. Lita gets up and tags Jeff in. Jeff stands in the middle of the ring and he tells Lita to get Amy back in the ring. Lita does this and then Jeff tells her to tag in Christian. She cautiously walks over to Christian and tags him in and then she gets out of the ring. Christian runs at Jeff, but Jeff arm drags him. Christian gets up and goes back at Jeff. This time Jeff hits a drop toe hold. He gets up and holds a Texas Cloverleaf in place. Christian screams in pain and struggles to get to the ropes. He eventually gets there and Jeff lets go. Jeff grabs Christian’s legs and holds them in the air. He hits a leg drop in between Christian’s legs. Christian rolls around the ring in pain as Jeff goes and tags Lita in. Lita gets Christian up and whips him into the turnbuckle. She sits him up on the top rope and then she hits a Frankensteiner. She goes for the cover, 1…2… Christian kicks out. She gets him up once more and goes for a quick powerbomb, but he counters the attack and DDT’s her. He rushes over to Amy and tags her in. Amy comes in and hits a Judo flip suplex on Lita. Amy goes for the cover, 1…2… Lita kicks out. Lita gets up and blocks a punch and knees Amy in the stomach. She hits a DDT and then gets up to the top rope. Christian screams for Amy to get up. He hesitantly gets into the ring which makes Jeff get in the ring too. Jeff runs at Christian and performs a diving forearm smash. Christian rolls out of the ring as Jeff gets out and Lita hits the Moonsault. She covers Amy, 1…2…
King, “What’s this JR? It’s Rhyno. What is he doing out here?”
JR, “I don’t know King but he is down in the ring.”
Rhyno gets into the ring and breaks the count. Jeff gets in the ring and starts arguing with him but Rhyno just throws punches. Jeff cops one to the head which sends him down to the canvas. Lita gets up and starts mouthing off at him but he whips her into the ropes and spears her on the rebound. He moves Amy over to cover Lita and the ref starts counting, 1…2…
JR, “IT’S JAYSON!!!”
Jayson Anderson is in the ring now and he breaks up the count. Rhyno comes charging at Jayson but he evades the attack and then as Rhyno is wondering where Jayson went, Jayson runs and spears Rhyno. He gets to the top rope and hits a Swanton bomb. Christian gets back in the ring and Jayson spears him as well. The Hurricane runs down to the ring now but Jeff stops him before he gets to the ring and whips him into the steel steps. Jayson, Lita and Jeff round up Rhyno, Amy, Christian and the Hurricane and they get them in the ring. They join arms and situate their opponents’ heads in-between each of them. The crowd gets louder and louder as Jayson, Lita and Jeff hit a four-way DDT!!!
Jayson and Jeff roll Christian, Rhyno and Hurricane out of the ring as Lita hits another Moonsault on Amy. Jayson and Jeff make sure that no-one is going to come into the ring as the referee starts counting, 1…2…3!
Announcer, “Here are your winners via pinfall, Jeff Hardy and Lita!!!”
Their music hits as the crowd go crazy. Jeff, Jayson and Lita hold each others hands up celebrating the victory.
*Commercial Break*
Randy Orton and Charlie Haas are in the Radicalz lock room and Randy is yelling, “WHAT THE HELL ARE YOU DOING? DON’T YOU REALIZE THAT TATYANA IS MY SISTER IN LAW? WHAT WERE YOU PLANNING TO DO HAH?”
Charlie, “I was just helping out Jackie. She needs all the help she can get especially from me!”
Randy, “HELPING HER DOESN’T MEAN THAT YOU HAVE TO HURT ANOTHER DIVA!”
Charlie gets up and they look face to face now. He says, “Randy, I’m sick to death of you yelling at me, us losing all the time, and you and your stupid woman!”
Randy grinds his teeth together trying to hold back his anger, “You wanna play that way hah. Well I’m sick of that stupid MUTT of yours going crazy all the time.”
Charlie, “MUTT? Well hang on a minute, you’ve gone from one mutt to another and back again, so I don’t know what you’re going on about!”
Randy, “Monique is no Mutt unlike your thing! You better handle her way better than what you have or else I will handle her myself!”
Charlie, “Is that a threat?
Randy, “It’s whatever you wanna make it out to be!!!”
Charlie storms out of the locker room with his title belt and he slams the door.
King, “Wow… I never thought the day would come where we would see the Radicalz fighting.”
JR, “I think they have just bottled up what they have wanted to say for ages now King.”
King, “And it has all come out. And remember, they have to defend their tag titles next week against Matt Hardy and an opponent that he picks. I wonder how they’ll get over this; if they can!”
JR, “I think that all of the matches that are going to happen tonight have happened.”
King, “I think so JR, so thanks for joining us tonight and…”
‘BREAK THE WALLS DOOOOWWWN!!!”
Chris Jericho comes out on stage and he says, “Sorry JR and King but I think the World Heavyweight Champion has to make an appearance on this show tonight seeing as thought I retained my title just two weeks ago at Destruction.” He keeps walking down to the ring as he speaks, “I am the biggest superstar in this industry right now and I have been for the longest time in XWE history! I know that I didn’t actually beat Goldberg fair and square at the PPV because The Rock had to come down to the ring and destroy everything that was happening. I would’ve beat Goldberg even if that awful loathsome thing didn’t come down to the ring, which means I still would have been carrying this title. There is one positive thing that came from the Rock coming down to the ring and that is e made my title win easy. So I guess thanks are in order. There is something else I want to say. Ric, I think you’re amazing. I don’t think anyone else on the Unleashed roster would have the balls to go into a cage and destroy the GM match. I applaud you.”
The crowd boos at this and then all of a sudden, ‘IF YOU SMEEEEEELL WHAT THE ROCK IS COOKIN’… Rock walks down to the ring and when he gets in he snatches the mic from Jericho. He says, “FINALLY, THE ROCK HAS COME BACK TO UNLEASHED!!!” The crowd goes nuts as the Rock continues, “I just had to get that out of the way people... it’s good to be back but when I came back I saw that this show needed to be represented by somebody like… ME!”
Jericho, “I don’t even know why you’re out here ass-clown! This is my…”
Rock, “I don’t want to hear your god damn irritating voice. Just listen, next week on Unleashed it is gonna be you versus me for the World Heavyweight…”
Goldberg comes out as the crowd start, “GOLDBERG, GOLDBERG, GOLDBERG”
He gets into the ring and grabs a mic and says, “You didn’t just wreck Jericho’s match last week, you wrecked mine. That was my shot at the title, not yours. If anybody deserves a match against Chris next week it is me!”
Rock, “Listen, why don’t you just do something useful and get hit by a bus you overgrown ape!”
Goldberg throws the mic out of the ring and attacks the Rock. He runs at the Rock going for the spear but Rock grabs his head and throws him over the top rope. Jericho drops his title and runs at the Rock and hits and Enzugiri. Jericho gets up and dusts his shoulder as if it was easy. Goldberg comes back into the ring and Jericho and him stare at each other. The Rock starts to get up and Chris nods in the direction of the Rock telling Goldberg that they’ll go for him. Goldberg gets the Rock up and hits a Jackhammer and then Jericho comes off the middle ropes and hits a Lionsault. He gets up and Goldberg spears him as The Rock get up. The Rock taps Goldberg on the shoulder and when he turns around he hits a Rock Bottom. Rock stands over Goldberg as the crowd goes wild; getting louder when the Rock takes off his elbow pad. He throws it into the crowd, does his thing and hits the people’s elbow. Goldberg and Jericho both lay motionless on the canvas as The Rock stands and the crowd screams.
Vince McMahon comes up on the big screen and he says, “Next week, the main event will be The Rock versus Goldberg versus Chris Jericho for the World Heavyweight Championship!!!”
King, “OH MY GOD JR!!! Did you just hear that? What a match!”
JR, “Tell me about it King, well ladies and gentlemen that is just one reason for you to tune in on the next XWE Unleashed.”
