Being a certified trainer of NLP and Hypnosis, Accelerated Learning Techniques, MindMapping as well as a strong background in traditional development techniques Rintu assists the development of individuals and teams to maximise their potential and create their own lasting success. Applying these techniques on a strategic level develops true learning cultures leading to accelerated growth of organisations.

Having several years in strategic development roles within an outsourcing call centre environment Rintu’s clients have included Goldfish; BTCellent; Scottish Enterprise; National Police Training; Reading University; Glasgow School of Art as well as several SMEs including, manufacturing, retail, software, electronics; and professional firms

Areas of Focus

Rintu has developed a number of public courses ranging from Certified NLP programmes to Presentation and Trainer Skills. This is alongside organisations geared to developing coaching skills including Executive, Business, Performance and Life coaching. He is currently assisting the Dyslexia Treatment centre coaching and training their team of specialists.

Within organisations Rintu works from a strategic perspective designing, developing and delivering leadership skills for senior management through to frontline staff. This would include specialised areas such as Trainer Training, Client Relationship Management, Coaching Skills Development and Investigative Interviewing.
