DUTIES
- To plan,
implement and monitor development plans for technical officials at state
level.
- To establish liaison with the technical
elements of other states AAA and MAAU.
- To
monitor, advise and coordinate the implementation of development programme for technical officials.
- To
propose for the selection of technical officials for specific tasks and
national assignments.
- To be
the authority, on behalf of PAAA, in all technical aspects of athletics in
the state.
- To
confer recognition, on behalf of PAAA, on all athletics meets in the state and to certify all
implements and the arena.
- To
maintain an up-to date data of technical officials both at all levels in
the state.

Committee
DUTIES
- To plan
for the competition programmes at state level.
- To
coordinate competition programmes at district
and state level and disseminate to all parties concerned.
- To
obtain, maintain and disseminate information on national and international
competitions
- To coordinate,
review, update and implement competition rules for state level.
