YGB does not rent, trade, sell, or loan your e-mail address, name or personal information to any third party. On occasion, YGB may notify you about important announcements, new products and services, and special offers.
Please note that in certain limited situations, YGB needs to transmit information about you to third parties. An example of this is if you make a purchase with a credit card, YGB will transmit it, along with your name and address, for validation in order to complete the transaction. If you order merchandise to be delivered, YGB will transmit your name, address and phone number to the applicable delivery service and possibly to a third party to fulfill the order.
If YGB asks you for personal information like your age, it never gets linked to your name for any purpose. However, YGB does analyze certain information for demographics. These demographic statistics will be anonymous and without personally identifiable information.
YGB reserves the right to cooperate fully with state, local, and federal officials in any investigation relating to any Content, including personal or private electronic communication, or purported unlawful activities of any site visitor.
